Ghostscape – Coming to Windows Phone 7

HI, Just a little announcement to say that ‘Ghostscape’ will be coming to the new Windows Phone 7 later this year, Me and Nemo Krad have been working on it secretly under NDA but can now reveal what we are doing seeing as it has been announced by Microsoft!!

Here’s a quick video tutorial on making a Space Marine shoulder pad from modelling to low poly creation, UV maps, painting and export with normal maps to Cinema 4D…in 12 MINUTES!

Zbrush 4.0 Unleashed!

Zbrush 4.0 has been released with some awesome new features like Clipping brushes, New masking/selection methods, shadowbox for making simple/complex geometry and the awesome spotlight for painting with textures, plus LAYERS for polypainting!! As soon as I get hold of it I’ll be starting a forum thread and hopefully uploading some videos etc so watch this space for more news!!

I made a quick video to post on firebox.com in the hope of winning a £50 voucher and figured I’d upload it to youtube as well.

Great little gadget this chopper, charges on USB (I plug it into my Xbox 360) and you can tazz it around the room for 10 mins. It’s very stable and controllable and also pretty robust!!

I filmed the video on my Google Nexus One and editted it in quicktime pro, music was done in FL Studio.

How to get an EIN in the UK for work in the US?

I’m from the UK and recently had to get an EIN number or an ITIN number for work done in the USA so I could file W8BEN forms to be exempt from the 30% tax that the USA witholds from any earnings!! This can be for things like writing a book, selling models on Turbosquid or getting paid for your XBox Live Indie games by Microsoft!!
